Rental Terms and Conditions – Chalets MBM

These rental terms and conditions constitute a contract between the guest and Chalets MBM. Any reservation implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Reservation and Payment

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.

Payment terms are specified at the time of booking.

Chalets MBM reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is not paid within the required timeframe.

2. Minimum Age and Responsibility

The primary guest must be 18 years of age or older.

The primary guest is responsible for all occupants, the property, and compliance with these terms.

3. Occupancy

The maximum number of occupants must be respected at all times.

Any unauthorized additional guests may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

4. Prohibition of Parties and Disturbances

Parties and events are strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is given.

Guests must respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

In case of violation:

immediate eviction may occur

no refund will be issued

additional fees may apply

5. Pets

Pets are allowed only if authorized at the time of booking.

Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning related to pets.

6. Security Deposit and Damages

A security deposit may be required.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment.

Additional fees may be charged for:

damages

excessive cleaning

violation of house rules

7. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times must be respected.

Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are those specified at the time of booking.

No refunds will be issued for early departure or partial use of the stay.

9. Termination

Chalets MBM reserves the right to terminate a stay immediately in the event of a breach of these terms.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Liability

Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.

Chalets MBM shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.

11. Force Majeure

Chalets MBM shall not be held liable for events beyond its control that may affect the stay.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec.

13. Acceptance

By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
